About Us

Online ESL Teachers works with people around the world to improve their lives with better communication skills. Our goal is to make the world a little smaller and help people understand each other more.

In a busy global environment, our professional instructors deliver personal, friendly and effective instruction to learners in the most convenient place: their own computers. We make lifelong learning easier by bringing quality education home, wherever home may be.

Currently, we provide individualized language consulting to 1000+ South Korean students and that number is growing fast. Our website is one of the top-ranked language study sites in Korea.

Qualifications

Please read the following before you register

We are experiencing rapid growth and are extremely busy. The future for online learning is now. We need people who understand this vision. With each month, we attract more and more students seeking quality instruction.

As a result, we need to hire several serious, professional, technically-literate, reliable teachers who want to work part-time to provide dynamic, effective classes to our online learners. All our classes happen online. Successful applicants will be contacted by email or telephone and then the majority of our communication with prospective staff members will also happen online. Consequently, the equipment we list below is required. If you don't have it, we can't proceed with your application or assigning classes until you do.

We require several teachers from across Canada to accommodate our growth, so there is a very good chance we will call you if you register and have the appropriate qualifications. Please apply only if you really intend to quickly get the equipment or have it already and if you are enthusiastic about committing at least six months to flexible, part-time online instruction where you set your own hours. Newly-hired teachers start with one or two classes, and if successful, will accumulate more hours. Keep in mind that the hours of teaching accumulated will vary, depending on your success as a teacher. If you love teaching and have professional work skills, we really want to hear from you.

The information that follows will answer most of your questions about what credentials and equipment are necessary. We are happy to answer additional questions that arise. Please apply if you are:
